  • Days 5- Day at leisure or suggested optional activities.

Option 1) Leipzig 360° Panaroma The Cathedrale Of Monet Ticket : Discover the unique panorama, "THE CATHEDRAL OF MONET," painted in an impressionist style, and experience the French city of Rouen during the 19th century. This 32-meter high artwork by Berlin-based artist Yadegar Asisi depicts the beautiful historical city center with its monumental Cathedral of Our Lady. The cathedral's facade, almost completely illuminated by the evening sun, casts its orange-red light across the forecourt onto the already shaded houses, creating a multifaceted interplay of extraordinary color nuances, shades, and light. The city's residents, including well-known painters and contemporaries such as Vincent van Gogh, Auguste Renoir, and Claude Monet, bustle about in the alleys. A 15-minute day and night light change, accompanied by thematic background sounds and music, allows you to fully immerse yourself in the artwork. With "THE CATHEDRAL OF MONET," Yadegar Asisi breaks new ground in his oeuvre: for the first time, a panorama measuring 6 x 2 meters was painted in oil on canvas in the Berlin studio before being digitized in high resolution, printed, and finally staged in the Panometer Leipzig as a 360° installation. The large panorama has an almost three-dimensional effect: the canvas structure, brushstrokes, and an enlarged application of paint through digitization create a defining structure, making the viewer feel as though they are inside a 3,500 square meter oil painting. The basis for the panorama was a famous series of panel paintings by Claude Monet, who painted the cathedral in Rouen several times under different lighting conditions. Asisi used one of these paintings as a starting point to capture its lighting mood in all its complexity in the spatial painting. The panoramic experience is complemented by an accompanying exhibition and a final film.

Option 2) Leipzig City River Cruise With Floodplain Forest : Set off on a river cruise aboard an electric motorboat to explore the Leipzig floodplain forest. Experience the biodiversity of the flora and fauna and admire the city's industrial heritage. Begin your journey by traveling across the flood bed along the Pleiße River, moving away from the street noise of the big city. Pass the newly renovated grandstand of the racecourse at the "Scheibenholz" and continue to the Palmengartenwehr. Next, leave the Elster flood bed and turn into the Weiße Elster. Here, you'll see Germany's first mail-order business and the Gründerzeit industrial buildings in Plagwitz. Continue along the Weiße Elster and navigate the Karl-Heine-Canal. As you pass the former "Riverboat," turn off at the stilt house and make your way back to the starting point at the wildlife park.

Option 3) Leipzig City Tour By Bike : Discover Leipzig on a 3-hour bike tour through the city's lively streets. Explore the sites of Leipzig's historic fairs and visit the Old Town Hall, a Renaissance masterpiece. Ride through Rosenthal Park, home to giraffes, zebras, and gazelles in the zoo. In the Forest Street Quarter (Waldstraßenviertel), admire the graceful Jugendstil motifs that adorn Leipzig's elegant buildings. Explore the industrial architecture of the Buntgarnwerke in Plagwitz, once the heart of Leipzig's textile industry and now a vibrant part of the city. This guided bike tour offers a unique way to experience Leipzig's rich history and vibrant culture.

Option 4) Belantis Theme Park : A day at BELANTIS promises endless adventures. Dive into a world filled with themed areas, rides, and fun for the entire family.
